The Dungeon Gym was established on August 1st, 1995. Equipped with top of the line machines such as: Tuff Stuff (equipment used by NFL, NBA and other sporting teams). We offer weight training equipment to meet the needs of everyone in any condition; from beginners to veterans of the gym. There are multiple pieces including over 3,000 lbs in weight plates ranging from 2.5lbs to 100lbs plates; dumbbells from 2.5lbs to 130lbs; kettle bells from 5lbs to 20lbs. We are the only full service gym in the region.

Dungeon Gym aslo has a full supplement store that meets all your health and nutritional needs. We offer nutritional information and support and personal one-on-one training.

Spin bikes, gym shoes and clothing; massage therapy room.

Members range from as young as 12 years old to 68 years old.

Aerobics classes available 4 days weekly (including Saturday morning aerobics).

Historically, every winner of the Anguilla Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation Annual Competition have been grown and groomed at The Dungeon Gym..

Several Miss Anguilla winners including 2 out of the last 3 and the last 2 Miss Venus winners trained at the Dungeon Gym which speaks strongly of our results.
