She noted the many challenges, hazards and detours they had during the construction of the property and congratulated them on the results. “La Vue is a wonderful addition to Anguilla’s tourism,” she commented adding that it is beautifully transformed and a quality option for guests.
Minister of Finance and Tourism, Victor Banks, said that he is always proud of achievements by Anguillians and described Kirk as a very enterprising young man. He said that the venture represents the coming together of a number of people and demonstrates that working together can bring good results.
Kirk thanked all those present on behalf of himself and his wife, and thanked the entire family and all those who had assisted and supported him. He said that it was not an easy road but they achieved the result with much help and built it from their hearts. He promised good service at all times to his visitors, noting that he is expecting guests from overseas and locally.
The many persons present were invited to tour the property and all were very impressed with what they saw. La Vue is centrally situated and therefore very convenient for vacationers or business visitors. A tropical continental breakfast is served daily in the open air lobby with a wonderful view of Sandy Ground which can also be enjoyed, in the guests rooms or in the garden setting.
